The Experience
Holding Space For You
From the moment you first set foot in our studio, you will notice that the entire experience is centered around allowing you to move your focus inward.
Any props you need will be laid out for you. All you need to do is show up with your mat and some water to drink. We’ll take care of the rest.
After class, we’ll take care of putting away your props so that you can get back to doing what you need to do.
