The Blend

Combining the best parts of Yoga, Mat Pilates, and HIIT, The Blend allows you to enjoy a mindful retreat from your day and a heart-pumping workout inside of one 60-minute class.

This class is designed to be your everyday tonic. It will not deplete your body like a hot Vinyasa class. It will not leave you wanting “more” like a slow ashtanga class, and it will not leave you feeling tight like a Crossfit class or workout at the gym.

What it will do is energize you, give you balance, help you develop long and lean muscles, increase your flexibility, heighten your overall sense of wellness, and allow you 60 minutes of mindful bliss in your day.

This is the class that makes all other classes that you’ve tried before feel like they are missing something. That is why it’s the class you cannot miss 😉

LEVELS: We offer two levels of intensity for The Blend class and both levels will provide you with an excellent workout. If you are a beginner or simply want a gentler Blend, we recommend level 1.

If you want to be challenged and sore tomorrow, then level 2 is the best option for you. Our front end staff is always available to help you determine which level is right for you!

Mat Pilates

Vinyasa Flow

Move with intention and breath in this dynamic vinyasa flow with creative sequencing, while focusing on alignment in this faster-paced, full-body practice. Designed to tone, stretch, build mind-body connection, strengthen, and challenge.

Slow Flow Vinyasa

A chilled out, slower paced vinyasa flow with longer strength building holds. Tap out the daily grind and tune into 60 minutes of self-care with movement and music to soothe the soul. Come for the flow and step into the present moment.

Yin and Chill

Slow down and unwind in this calming practice that uses extra-long, deep stretches to increase flexibility, range of motion, and stimulate circulation, leaving you completely relaxed. It’s the perfect way to enhance recovery. You can thank us later.
